Hawaiian Chicken

This is a super yummy and easy chicken recipe. Our family loves this chicken!!

This is the chicken before baking.

 

Recipe:

3-4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts

1 tsp dill

1/4 cup chopped pineapple (canned with juice)

3 tbsp soy sauce

2 cloves garlic, grated

1/4 small red onion, grated

1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

1/4 tsp chili powder

1 tbsp orange zest

 

Place chicken in pan, pour pineapple and soy sauce over chicken. Top with the remaining ingredients. Cover with aluminum foil and let marinate for 2 hours. Bake at 350* for 45-60 minutes, or until chicken is cooked completely through.

Serve with rice and steamed veggies!
