Low-Fat Iced Coffee

This is my most favorite recipe!!! I love iced coffee, but I don’t love all the calories that come with it at a coffee shop. So, I decided to make my own.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup non-fat milk (this is not skim)

2 tbsp chocolate syrup (or caramel)

1/2 cup coffee (brewed strong)

2 tbsp sugar

Mix all ingredients in a shaker or blender. Pour over ice, or blend with ice. If you enjoy whip, you can use the canned-spray whip and it has 0 calories!! yay!! Easy-peasy!!

** To make a holiday flavored coffee, add 1 tbsp pumpkin spice mix instead of the syrup.
