Buffalo Chicken, Roasted Asparagus, and Garlic Wonton Crisps

This is a new favorite in our house, and it’s SO easy. Here’s how I make it all!!

Buffalo Chicken:

2 Chicken breasts – boiled, drained, and shredded

2 tbsp McCormick buffalo chicken Powder

Place shredded chicken in a dry pan, add 1 cup water mixed with 2 tbsp buffalo chicken powder. Cook on med-high heat until juice is absorbed (as you would for taco meat).

Roasted Asparagus

Lay asparagus flat on a foil covered pan, drizzle with 3 tbsp olive oil. Sprinkle with 1-2 tsp pepper and 1/2 tbsp kosher salt. Place on grill or in oven under broiler for 10-15 minutes or until the tops start to blacken and the bottoms get soft.

Garlic Wonton Crisps

Using a vented pizza pan, lay wonton wrappers flat. Brush with melted butter, and sprinkle with garlic powder. Place under broiler in oven for 3-4 minutes or until slightly browned (watch them closely or they will burn).
