Kitchen Sink Cookies


These are THE BEST cookies I have ever eaten. Ever.

*Just a hint, DO NOT overbake these cookies or they will be too hard to eat! 


1-1/2 cups butter, softened

1-1/2 cups Sugar

2 cups brown sugar

4 eggs

2 tsp Vanilla

4-1/4 cups flour

1-1/3 cups quick cook oats

1-1/2 TBSP Cinnamon

1-1/2 tsp Nutmeg

1 cup coarsely chopped dried cranberries (or craisins)

1 cup white chocolate chips

1/2 cup coarsely chopped caramels



With a mixer, combine butter, sugar, brown sugar, and eggs until well mixed. Add flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, and oats and mix well. Add dried fruit, chocolate chips, and caramels and mix well. (You may have to get your hands in and mix it with your hands as a mixer might not stand up to this mass).

Using a cookie scoop, put large scoops onto a pan and bake 10-12 minutes at 375*.5-IMG_3660

Please ignore my dirty oven…

*I used a 1 inch cookie scoop, and placed 6 on a bar sheet pan.
