Lala’s Chicken Fried Rice


Simple, easy, and delicious, this meal is a favorite in our house.

3 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
Rice (cook according to recipe)
3 eggs
1/4 cup Soy Sauce
4 tbsp Garlic Powder
Salt and Pepper
1/2 cup butter

Cook rice, put into fridge to cool.

Slice chicken breasts into thin long strips.

Heat skillet to medium heat, melt 4 tbsp butter in pan, add chicken, 2 tbsp garlic powder, salt and pepper.

When chicken is done cooking, whip eggs in bowl and pour into pan to scramble. Allow eggs to partially cook and add rice, remaining garlic powder, and soy sauce. Stir to coat rice and chicken.

Increase heat to med-high.

Cook 4-5 mins until rice is warm.

Serve and enjoy.

*if adding veggies, add before eggs, allow to cook for 3-4 mins, then continue recipe as directed.
