These chips are amazing. Wonderful. Delicious. Oh, and did I mention EASY!
Peel and wash 3-4 medium sized potatoes.
Heat oil to medium high heat.
Using a potato peeler, slice potatoes into thin slices (see below).
Gently place into hot grease, and fry until golden brown. Remove from heat and sprinkle with salt and pepper, or your favorite powdered popcorn toppings (think ranch, buffalo, bbq, etc.).
