You guys. This popcorn.
This popcorn was born out of desperation, depression, and hunger… Never a good combination. But, sweet baby Jesus is it good.
4-6 cups popped, unseasoned popcorn (I use my stovetop popper)
3 squares white baking chocolate
1 tbsp oil
1/2 jar Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Ice Cream Sundae Crunchy Topping
Salt, to taste
Pop popcorn and set aside in a bowl. In a microwave safe bowl, melt white chocolate and mix in oil. Mix well. Melt chocolate according to directions – 30 seconds, stir, then 10 seconds at a time until melted.
Pour Sundae topping over popcorn. Here’s what my bottle looked like.
Pour melted chocolate over popcorn in a drizzling type fashion (yes, that’s a thing).
Stir well, cool in fridge (or freezer for those of us impatient folks).
Serve and enjoy!
