Fall is here (although you couldn’t tell by our warm weather)… which means TIME FOR CHILI AND SOUP!!!!
Here’s my favorite Crockpot Chili Recipe
1 lb ground hamburger, browned and rinsed
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can dark red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 can pinto beans, drained and rinsed
1 can diced tomatoes with chilis with juice
1 can corn with juice
1/2 medium red onion, diced or minced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp red pepper flakes (more if you like it hot)
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp basil
2 tsp cumin
Combine all ingredients and stir until mixed. Cover and cook in crockpot for 6-8 hours on low.
Serve with shredded sharp cheddar cheese and sour cream.
