This recipe is so easy and so yummy!!
8 oz Cream Cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
2 cups shredded Italian blend cheese, separated
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1.5 tbsp Italian Spices
1/2 cup pepperoni, chopped
3 tbsp milk
In a sauce pan, melt cream cheese on low-medium heat. Add milk, sour cream, mayonnaise, and spices, stir until well blended. Add 1.5 cups shredded cheese and pepperoni, stir until blended.
Pour into baking dish, top with remaining cheese. Garnish with extra pepperoni. Bake on 425 for 20 mins or until cheese is melted.
Serve with crackers or warm bread.
