Healthy Baked Eggs Rolls

1 pound ground turkey, fried and rinsed
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
1 tsp pepper
3 cups shredded coleslaw mix
1/2 cup diced green pepper
1/2 tsp ground celery seed
Egg Roll Wrappers
Olive Oil

Mix spices, meat, cabbage mix, soy sauce, and green peppers in a bowl.

Fill wrappers diagonally with 3-4 tbsp filling, fold in one long edge, then both sides. Wet remaining wet corner slightly with water, and roll to close. (See Egg Roll Wrapper package for photos and directions.) Continue to fill remaining wrappers.

Brush egg rolls with olive oil and bake on 425 for 10 mins.

Serve with desired dipping sauce.

These can be placed in the fridge or freezer and reheated at a later date.
