Balsamic and Rice Wine Lime Veggies


These veggies are divine!!!

2 tbsp olive oil
1 cup sliced veggies
1 cup broccoli florets
1 clove garlic, minced
1 cup chopped spinach leaves
1/3 green pepper, sliced
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 tsp rice wine
2 tsp balsamic vinegar
1/2 lime, juiced
1 Tsp turmeric
Salt and pepper to taste

Pour olive oil in skillet, warm to medium heat. Add carrots and broccoli, cook 3 mins. Add remaining veggies cook 5 mins.

Add vinegars, turmeric, salt and pepper, and lime juice. Cook 2 mins.

Serve with rice or noodles.
