Oven Baked Eggs
I love any breakfast that I can make ahead. For this one, all you need is eggs, pepper, salt, and a muffin tin.
Grease your muffin tins, crack eggs into tins individually, and bake on 350 for approximately 10 mins. Knife will come out clean when tested.
When cooled, toss into an air tight container and keep in the fridge for up to 5 days.
Easy, quick, and delicious.
