Ricotta Stuffed Chicken Breast #21dayfix

I started the 21 day fix 10 days ago, and as of this morning I have lost 6 pounds. I love this plan because it allows me to eat real food, while getting full, and losing weight. 

I found this delicious recipe and had to share!

Chicken breast, boneless and skinless

Ricotta cheese

Bread crumbs

Italian spices
In bowl, mix italian spices and ricotta cheese. Flatten chicken breast with meat tenderizer. Place 2 tbsp ricotta mix in chicken breast, fold over, roll in bread crumbs, secure with toothpick if necessary. 

Bake at 325* for 25-30 mins, or until chicken is cooked through.
