Chicken breast, boneless and skinless
In bowl, mix italian spices and ricotta cheese. Flatten chicken breast with meat tenderizer. Place 2 tbsp ricotta mix in chicken breast, fold over, roll in bread crumbs, secure with toothpick if necessary.
Bake at 325* for 25-30 mins, or until chicken is cooked through.
