Parmesan Roasted Potato Wedges

I really love potatoes… like really. If I had to live on one food forever, I pick potatoes. 

These are delicious! 


2-3 medium potatoes

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese

Cut potatoes in half, then cut each half into quarters. Place in a bowl and toss with olive oil and spices. 

Cover a sheet pan with parchment paper. 

Place potatoes on parchment paper. Bake on 425 for 12 mins. 

Flip over, bake an additional 5-7 minutes. 

Top with parmesan cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes.
